A beautiful April morning found us at the lovely village where Louise & Nick live to get some photographs at the house before heading off to the church of St Mary’s in Woburn Sands. The weather was stunning with clear blue skies and a light breeze, the sunlight pouring through the windows of the church and filling it with light.
Everyone was gathered in the church as the stunning 1937 Rolls Royce drove up to the church with Louise and her Dad, Louise looked stunning walking down the aisle with a very proud Dad. After the lovely service conducted by Father Ken, it was outside into the beautiful sunshine for some confetti throwing before the lovely drive through the grounds of Woburn Abbey to The Sculpture Gallery where the wedding breakfast was being held.
Whilst waiting for all the other guests to arrive we had time to get some lovely shots of Louise& Nick, the cars and the Abbey before moving into the gardens where canapes and champagne were being served prior to the family group shots. Carole and I then went into the main hall to photograph the room and the table set ups which looked absolutely stunning. After everyone was seated Louise & Nick made their grand entrance to much applause.
The wedding breakfast was superbly served prior to the much anticipated speeches, after which we had time for a few more personal and romantic shots with the Bride & Groom, unfortunately it had started to rain by this point but we still had plenty of lovely places for shots inside. With the evening guests all arrived it was time for the first dance and the start of the evenings party. It was then time for us to leave but what a fabulous day we’d had.
